When you are using Outlook Email you can save your email in .pst file ..

If you want to backup your outlook email , just copy .pst file to to your backup drive ..

Of course you must know the location of .pst file ..

To know it , you can use  Start->Search->ForFiles or Folders and type *.pst ..

It will find any .pst file in your hard drive ..

Another easy way is using Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup which you can download from :

with this application you can back up your email ..
