It’s very usefull to upload photos in the web ..

So you can sharing your photos with anybody ..

You can capture use camera like Nikon , Conica etc (digital camera)

and upload your photos captures in picasa ..

Because picasa can be used to store images …

You can use it for wordpress ..

Because some of us have limited bandwidth to save pictures in our blogs ..

So  we can use picasa to save our pictures ..

To use in wordpress you can download picasa wordpress plugin here ..
