Sometimes when you are using Microsoft Word ..

You want to convert all the documents in to uppercase or lowercase ..

To do it just using Microsoft Word Tools

To Make Uppercase all the documents here the step :

• Just select document text which you want to make uppercase ( to select all using shortcut Ctrl + A )
• Select Format -> Change Case
• Just select Uppercase click OK
  
• All of your text will become uppercase
  

To Make lowercase all the documents here the step :

• Just select document text which you want to make lowercase ( to select all using shortcut Ctrl + A )
• Select Format -> Change Case
• Just select Lowercase click OK
  
• All of your text will become lowercase
